Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PrivacyCamCut application ("the app"), provided by 1Moby Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and these Terms.
2. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for how you record, edit, store, and stream video and audio.
- You must comply with all applicable laws, including privacy, recording-consent, publicity, and broadcasting laws in your jurisdiction. Redaction features are a tool to assist you and do not guarantee legal compliance.
- You are responsible for any streaming destination you connect to and for the credentials you enter.
3. On-device processing
The app processes media on your device. You are responsible for maintaining your device, its storage, and backups of any content you create.
4. Third-party services
If you stream to an RTMP/RTMPS destination, that service is provided by a third party and is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party services.
5. No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and that redaction will be complete or error-free. You use the app at your own risk.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or privacy, arising from your use of the app.
7. Changes
We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
